  • Mat work

    The same pilates burn you know and love but with mininal equipment. Inspired by my favourite reformer Pilates spring resisted exercises, this method creates (arguably more) muscle tension with props including ankle weights, the ring, the Pilates ball and resistance bands.

  • Reformer Pilates

    A full body workout using the spring loaded Pilates reformer apparatus. Focus on core control, posture enhancement and muscular endurance.
